Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days after your order and the payment has gone through.

All Products will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) First-Class and Priority mail. Priority mail takes 2-3- business days to arrive within the USA. If you need expedited service, please include a note with your order and we will try to accommodate you.  We will notify you when your package ships and provide you with a tracking number. If you have any problems receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

Most orders are shipped via USPS, but at times we do use UPS, FedEx and FedEx Ground.

We try to use recycled packing materials whenever available and encourage reusing materials as well; this will not affect the safety of the items you order.

Actual Shipping is determined based on the weight of the order, shipment method and destination.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

At i'm eco friendly™ we pride ourselves on designing and manufacturing tasteful, and above all, quality products that are inspected, again, prior to shipping.

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original state and condition, with all tags intact for either a full refund (less the cost of shipping), exchange or credit.

Please contact us within ten (10) days after the shipping date and let us know why you would like to return your item(s). We will issue you a Return Code Number (RC#) that must be written on the outside of the package. If we receive a return without an RC# we will refuse the delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, your money will be refunded.

If you find your items to be defective, we want to hear from you and will issue you an RC # to be written on the outside of the package. Once we receive the item you will be credited the return shipment and we will be happy to replace it at no cost to you.

All sales are final on clearance/sale items. To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be in new condition. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. No claims can be accepted if items have been cut, dyed, or altered in any way.

The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping to return the item to be exchanged (unless defective) to i’m eco friendly. We will pay for the outbound shipping of the new item to the customer.
Credit card refunds will be applied within 30 days of return processing. All returns must receive a Return Code Number prior to returning merchandise. Returns received without the appropriate Code will be refused.
